SKATE maintains extensive 6063-T5 aluminum profile inventory on-site, supporting fast lead times for OEM and large-volume export orders. Ready stock across standard and custom profile series eliminates raw-material bottlenecks.

Aluminum Production
Precision extrusion and CNC machining of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy profiles with wall thicknesses from 1.4 to 3.0 mm. PA66 GF25 thermal break strips are integrated during profile assembly for superior thermal performance.

Surface Coating
Automated powder coating lines deliver 200+ RAL colors with uniform film thickness and adhesion. PVDF architectural coatings, anodized finishes, and wood-grain transfer are available for residential, commercial, and coastal projects.

Glass Manufacturing
In-house insulated glass production covers cutting, tempering, Low-E coating, and DGU/TGU assembly. Integrated glass manufacturing ensures quality control, shorter lead times, and full traceability for every glazed unit.
