Our Component Partners
SKATE sources European hardware and coatings, world-class glass and seals — then assembles every window and door with precision in our own 160,000 m² factory. The components you cannot see are what make our products perform for decades.

HOPPE
Founded by Friedrich Hoppe in 1952 near Düsseldorf, HOPPE has grown into Europe's undisputed market leader in door and window handles, operating seven factories across Europe and the United States. Still family-owned in its third generation, HOPPE is often called 'the classic German handle' — ubiquitous in quality homes throughout Europe.
SKATE fits genuine HOPPE handles on casement windows, tilt-and-turn systems and entry doors. The precision mechanism, secure grip and lasting surface finish are part of why our windows feel — and stay — solid for decades.

GIESSE
Founded in 1965 near Bologna, GIESSE is one of the world's leading specialists in hardware for aluminum windows and doors, with more than 8,000 products, over 100 registered patents and facilities across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas.
SKATE uses GIESSE hinges, friction arms and locking mechanisms on aluminum casement and awning windows. Purpose-engineered for aluminum profiles, GIESSE hardware keeps large sashes operating smoothly under heavy daily use — a key reason SKATE windows are rated for 100,000+ operating cycles.

WINKHAUS
Founded in 1854 and still 100% owned by the founding family, Winkhaus is one of Germany's most respected names in window technology and door security. Winkhaus developed the first centrally-controlled tilt-turn fitting in 1954 — the mechanism that defines the modern European window.
SKATE equips tilt-and-turn windows and security-focused doors with Winkhaus multi-point locking systems. When a SKATE window locks, hardened locking points engage around the entire sash perimeter simultaneously — burglar resistance far beyond any single-point latch.

Ensinger insulbar®
Ensinger has developed and produced insulbar® insulating bars in Germany for more than 40 years and is the world's leading name in thermal separation of metal windows, doors and facades. Its glass-fiber reinforced polyamide (PA66 GF) profiles are the industry benchmark for thermal break technology.
The insulating strip rolled into every SKATE thermal-break profile is what prevents the aluminum frame from conducting heat or cold into your building. This is the technology behind SKATE's low U-values, condensation-free interior frames, and passive-house-capable window systems.

TIGER Coatings
Headquartered in Wels, Austria, TIGER Coatings is among the largest powder coating producers in the world, with about 1,300 employees and a sales network across roughly 50 countries. Its TIGER Drylac® architectural series meets the demanding AAMA 2605 weatherability standard, resisting chalking and color fade for decades.
Every SKATE aluminum profile is finished with premium powder coating on automated lines. Whether you specify a standard RAL color, a dual-color interior/exterior scheme, or a textured architectural finish, the coating protects your frames against UV, salt air and corrosion — critical for coastal projects.

Weiss Chemie + Technik
Founded in 1815 in Haiger, Germany, Weiss Chemie + Technik is one of Europe's market leaders in construction adhesives, producing more than 400 types of surface and structural adhesives. Its COSMO® systems are specified throughout the European window industry for corner-angle bonding in aluminum window construction.
SKATE uses Weiss structural adhesives in frame corner assembly. Bonded corners distribute stress evenly across the joint, keeping frames geometrically true and water-tight through decades of thermal expansion and contraction cycles.

CSG Holding (Southern Glass)
Established in 1984 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, CSG Holding is China's largest architectural glass manufacturer — and the first company in China to produce Low-E glass. Its triple-silver Low-E products are internationally recognized for stability and thermal performance, with coating lines handling glass up to 3.3 × 6 meters, the largest in Asia.
SKATE's in-house glass factory processes CSG float and Low-E glass into tempered, laminated and insulated glass units (DGU/TGU). Starting from China's best base glass means consistent optical quality, reliable coating performance, and verified U-values in every unit we ship.

Jiangyin Haida
Founded in 1973, Jiangyin Haida is China's leading manufacturer of rubber and plastic sealing products, a state-approved high-tech enterprise with more than 130 R&D technicians and over 40 independent intellectual property rights including 5 state invention patents.
Every SKATE window and door is sealed with Haida co-extruded EPDM gaskets, rated from -55°C to +150°C with exceptional weather, ageing and chemical resistance. These seals are why SKATE windows maintain Class 4 air-tightness ratings year after year, in any climate.
