Structural Engineering for Extended Heights
Standard casement window profiles are designed for typical residential proportions. Tall casement windows, however, demand reinforced engineering. SKATE addresses this through the use of 6063-T5 aluminium alloy profiles with wall thicknesses of 1.8 mm, supplemented by internal steel reinforcement inserts where sash heights exceed standard parameters. The result is a window that maintains perfect geometric alignment — no sagging, racking, or warping — regardless of panel height or glazing weight.
Our seamless corner welding technology, rather than mechanically crimped corners, ensures that tall casement window frames remain structurally sound and watertight for the life of the building. This manufacturing approach produces stronger corners, better appearance, and superior long-term integrity compared to assembled alternatives.
